From the very beginning of Sharing Brands we thought it was necessary to develop a framework in social media that could be applied to our customers.

That is how we reached the «listen-talk-getsocial!» framework.


  1. Listen: Constantly monitoring social networks to identify conversations about our organization, our competitors or our market
  2. Talk: Create an understandable speech and deliver it to the appropriate people within and outside the organization
  3. Get social!: Find your community and socialize (join)
